If the jumper is not placed on grass, the renter must request padding in advance to ensure guest safety and prevent equipment damage. If the jumper is moved from its original location, the renter must notify staff immediately. Padding must be obtained and used if the new location requires it.

1. Delivery & Pickup

- Only West Texas Balloons & Rentals staff is authorized to deliver, set up, and pick up the Volleyball Water

Jumper. No exceptions.

- The renter must ensure access to the setup area is clear at delivery and pickup times.

2. Setup Requirements

- The jumper must be placed on grass only, unless padding is requested and approved in advance.

- The area must be level, free of debris, sharp objects, and pet waste.

3. Usage Guidelines

- Maximum capacity: No more than ___ individuals at a time (as specified by staff).

- Participants must remove shoes, jewelry, and sharp objects.

- No flips, wrestling, pushing, or roughhousing.

- No food, drinks, gum, or animals in or around the jumper.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

4. Water Use

- Jumper is designed for water use only in designated areas.

- A working water hose must be available at the event location if required for setup.

5. Weather Policy

- Do not use the jumper in high winds (15+ mph), rain, or lightning.

- Staff reserves the right to cancel/reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions.

6. Damage Policy

- Renter is responsible for any damages to the unit caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the rules.

- Charges for repair or replacement will be billed accordingly.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

- I understand the inherent risks involved in the use of inflatable equipment, including but not limited to

injuries such as sprains, bruises, or fractures.

- I, the undersigned renter, assume full responsibility for all persons using the rented equipment during the

rental period.

- I release, waive, and hold harmless West Texas Balloons & Rentals, its owners, agents, and staff, from any

and all claims for injuries, liabilities, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of the use of the Volleyball

Water Jumper, whether from negligence or otherwise.

- I agree to ensure all rules are followed and to monitor all guests as the responsible party for the duration of

the rental.
