Welcome to West Texas Balloons and Rentals! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental and use of all equipment and services provided by West Texas Balloons through our website www.westtexasballoons.com. By booking, renting, or using any of our services or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

Equipment Condition

All rental items are used but in excellent condition. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared before each event to ensure quality and safety. Clients are expected to return items in the same condition they were delivered.

Rental Period & Duration

Rental time begins upon delivery and ends upon pick-up by West Texas Balloons staff.
Standard rental period is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Any unauthorized extension of rental time may result in additional fees.
No modifications of any kind are permitted to any property owned and leased by West Texas Balloons and Rentals. Any unauthorized alterations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional charges, including the full replacement cost of the item.

Payment Terms

Rental rates vary depending on the item and package selected.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date and rental items.
A security deposit is also required and will be used to cover any damage, loss, or failure to return items. Security deposits are refundable after satisfactory inspection post-event.
Full payment must be completed prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.

Usage Guidelines

All equipment must be handled with care and used responsibly.
Items must be kept away from open flames, sharp objects, and improper weather exposure.
Damage caused by negligence, improper handling, or misuse will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and may require full replacement costs.

Maintenance and Damage Reporting

Clients are responsible for promptly reporting any damage or malfunction of equipment, including but not limited to throne chairs, balloon displays, backdrops, or specialty rentals.
Any unreported damages discovered upon retrieval will be assumed to have occurred during your rental period.
Client will be held financially responsible for repairs or replacement of any equipment returned in damaged condition beyond normal wear and tear

Liability

West Texas Balloons is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of rental equipment.
All rentals are used at the client’s own risk.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date may be eligible for partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, and images, is the property of West Texas Balloons and may not be used or duplicated without written permission.

Modifications

West Texas Balloons reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
